Start-up seminar - 23 April 2013

Health seminar invitation

Buddle Findlay invites you to a seminar - Capital, constraints and crowdfunding: challenges for New Zealand start-ups

New Zealand start-ups are building a reputation for innovation, rapid growth and international success.  What are the challenges facing our youngest companies, and how can we overcome them?  Capital raising, attracting and rewarding employees, competing effectively in international markets, and planning successful exits all pose unique challenges to New Zealand's start-ups.

Buddle Findlay partner Sacha Judd will discuss the challenges and opportunities of becoming investment-ready, involving outside advisors and investors, running a global business from a 'backwater', and the future possibilities of crowdfunding.

Please feel free to circulate this invitation to any members of your organisation who may have an interest in attending.
