Our construction and projects team advises on all aspects of construction projects from structuring, financing, procurement, contracting, implementation through to completion and disputes.  We have extensive experience in the construction industry having advised clients on significant construction projects, both in New Zealand and internationally over the past few decades.  We are also experienced in a wide variety of structuring, procurement, delivery and financing models, and forms of construction contracts.

Our in depth experience across all sectors includes particular expertise in electricity, energy and resources, infrastructure, state sector procurement and delivery (including PPPs) and the Canterbury earthquakes recovery.
