Jeremy is a member of our company and commercial team and advises on commercial, business and corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, takeovers, capital raising, corporate structuring, and negotiating and preparing commercial agreements.
Jeremy advises a variety of clients, including publicly listed and overseas companies, across a diverse range of industries. He has previously worked in London advising on project financing in developing countries.
Jeremy regularly presents company law seminars for the New Zealand Law Society and is a member of the Institute of Directors.
