Aisling is a member of our corporate and commercial team. She specialises in providing commercial and contracting advice to both private and public sector clients.
Aisling has a particular focus on drafting and negotiating commercial contracts involving intellectual property and technology. She advises on the commercialisation of intellectual property and technology including licence agreements, research and development agreements, distribution agreements and services and supply agreements.
She also advises on tender process documentation and grant and funding arrangements.
Aisling recently rejoined Buddle Findlay after spending 5 years working in in-house counsel roles, first at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare and then at Auckland City Council.
