Alastair advises public and private sector clients on employment, health and safety in employment, education and gaming. Alastair has appeared as counsel representing clients in inquiries, tribunals, mediations and courts on these and related issues.
Alastair also provides conflicts of interest and constitutional advice for societies.
Alastair is a regular conference speaker and seminar leader on employment, privacy, gaming, education, and health and safety in employment issues (such as bullying, harassment and computer misuse).
Alastair is co-author of the textbook Sale of Liquor and has peer reviewed the publication New Zealand Gambling Law Guide.
