Anita is a member of our litigation team and has extensive experience in commercial dispute resolution.
She advises private and corporate clients on complex commercial disputes, including contractual, regulatory, construction and insolvency claims. She is also experienced in intellectual property litigation.
Anita has wide experience in litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution procedures both in New Zealand and internationally.
Anita has a masters degree in law from Sorbonne University, Paris, France. Following her post-graduate studies, she worked as a litigator for leading international law firms in Paris and London, with a particular focus on disputes arising in the energy industry and on product liability law.
