Cedric advises individual, corporate and local authority clients on environmental, resource management, local government and Building Act issues.
Cedric has experience in a wide range of environmental issues arising from aviation, ports, telecommunications, indigenous vegetation, residential subdivisions, developments in sensitive landscapes, forestry, hydro-electricity generation, irrigation, retail, industrial and commercial developments.
He regularly represents clients at council hearings and the Environment Court on resource consent and plan appeals.
Cedric does charitable trust work for ANCOP New Zealand Charitable Trust.
