David specialises in commercial litigation and has extensive experience in insolvency, professional negligence, property, construction and contractual disputes.
David frequently appears in the District Court and High Court and is experienced in all alternative dispute resolution processes. His recent High Court appearances have included successfully removing caveats from a secured property, recovering property taken in breach of a security agreement and defending liquidation proceedings.
David has recently returned to Buddle Findlay after working for several years as a litigator for an international law firm in London.
