• Infratil Infrastructure Property and Auckland Council on the redevelopment of the New Lynn town centre including joint venture arrangements, public works acquisitions and the design, build and lease of multi level buildings
• Infratil Infrastructure Property on the build and lease of a bulk retail development in Auckland and subsequent on-sale
• Infratil Infrastructure Property and Auckland Council on the sale of air space rights above existing buildings in the New Lynn town centre to facilitate the construction of a residential tower
• Goodman on a build and lease project at Goodman's Highbrook business park
• Goodman in relation to ongoing portfolio leasing matters at various Auckland business parks
• Investors on the creation of a specialist property investment fund and subsequent acquisition of senior debt positions in various leisure and lifestyle developments throughout New Zealand
• Smith & Nephew on the sale, leaseback and development of its Auckland manufacturing base
• Warwick Hotels on its bid for the Auckland Hyatt
• Secured creditors in respect of the completion of various aspects of the Hilton Queenstown
• Auckland Council on the procurement aspects and construction of six new habitats over 3.5ha at Auckland Zoo (Te Wao Nui)
• Auckland Council on the procurement and construction aspects for the upgrade of Westhaven Marina
• Ariadne Oceania Marinas on various portfolio matters relating to the development and operation of the Orams Marine Village and associated marina
• Waterfront Auckland on the retail leasing of North Wharf
• GE and HIH Global Immobilien on Ngati Whatua's review of the ground lease rental of two large commercial buildings in Auckland’s Quay Park
• An international consortium on its bid for the design, build and operation of a new prison under a public private partnership with the New Zealand Government.
