Hamish acts for clients in a wide range of business sectors, including banking and finance, tourism, internet, information technology, communications, retail, health and medicine, clothing, sports equipment, fitness, perfumery, food and beverages, education, building and construction, agriculture and publications.
He advises on the development, protection, registration, commercialisation, enforcement and management of intellectual property portfolios, including trade marks, registered designs, copyright, patents and domain names.
Hamish acts in non-contentious, contentious and transactional intellectual property matters.
