Lisette specialises in corporate and commercial law, with particular emphasis on commercial contracting, corporate legal advice to private and public sector clients and mergers and acquisitions.
Lisette advises our national and international clients including Chevron New Zealand on transactional issues relevant to investment in New Zealand based assets, complex commercial supply agreements and with regulatory compliance and corporate governance issues.
She advises private and public sector clients on their corporate compliance obligations and on their commercial contracting requirements and processes, including RFP and tender processes and other forms of procurement.
She is a member of the team that advises Auckland Council on its commercial contracting, procurements, ownership of council controlled organisations and strategic assets, capital projects and community facility funding arrangements and with general transactional work undertaken by the Council.
Lisette was a member of the team advising Vector on the NZ$785m sale of its Wellington electricity network. She also advised the shareholding councils of Auckland Regional Transport Network on the restructuring of rail and ferry infrastructure assets in the Auckland region and advises Chevron New Zealand in connection with its retail divestment programme.
