Mark is a member of our company and commercial law team and advises on a range of financial, commercial and corporate law matters, including finance, company law and negotiating and preparing commercial agreements. Mark acts for a number of council controlled trading organisations and has particular expertise in giving commercial and corporate advice in a local government context.
Mark's practice includes:
- Advising on, negotiating and documenting corporate and commercial structures
- Asset and share acquisitions and sales
- Infrastructure advice particularly on water and waste projects
- Acting for borrowers and lenders (ranging from major trading banks to second mortgage financiers) on financing and security arrangements and advising local authorities on commercial and finance issues
- Acting for a number of domestic and offshore investment vehicles on public offerings, private placements, leverage facilities and structuring issues
- Applications under the Overseas Investment Act 2005.
