Mark is a senior commercial partner acting for a wide range of financial institutions, and public and private companies. He has extensive experience in securities offerings, corporate finance and structuring, and corporate governance.
Mark acts for a number of companies listed on NZX and NZAX, with particular emphasis on Listing Rules compliance advice, initial listing and public offerings.
Recent work has included bank registration and securitisation programmes for Southland Building Society, moratoria for several finance companies and public securities issues.
