Myles is a member of our banking and finance team and specialises in banking, financial law and credit recovery.
Myles provides general transactional banking and finance advice to domestic and international lenders as well as credit recovery and restructuring advice.
Myles is currently seconded to one of New Zealand’s largest banks and works closely with a variety of departments in the bank. This secondment has provided Myles with first hand knowledge of the issues that affect financial institutions on a daily basis. Myles has an excellent understanding of how financial institutions function, the various stakeholders’ perspectives and how to get transactions completed effectively.
