Sarah practises in the corporate and commercial field and specialises in major commercial transactions involving both public and private sectors. Sarah advises major institutions and large companies on acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, management buy outs and structuring matters.
Sarah has substantial experience in liaising with NZX, Securities Commission and public issuers on issues that affect them.
Sarah advises international private equity funds on New Zealand investments. She also acts for unlisted companies raising substantial amounts of equity.
Sarah has advised a number of emerging companies, assisting with capital raising and listing on foreign exchanges.
Recently, Sarah has been involved with significant restructuring work.
