Buddle Findlay's Board of Management is made up of 6 representatives elected annually by partners. The current Chairman of Partners is Sarah Roberts.

Each office has a regional chairman represented on the Board. Alastair Hercus is the current Wellington Chairman, Frank Porter the Auckland Chairman, and the Christchurch Chairman is Mark Russell. The Board is responsible for developing strategies and goals for the firm's business and for the achievement of those goals.

Corporate management

Chief Executive, Ian Nalder, is responsible to the Board for all aspects of the firm's business management and operations. A high level of professionalism is demonstrated across the senior management team which includes the Chief Financial Officer, the National Marketing Manager, and the National People and Development Manager.
