An opportunity has become available for an accounts assistant to join our finance team in Auckland. The position has arisen to cover one of our team members who has gone on parental leave. We are offering a contract position until January 2024, a competitive salary, additional benefits, flexible working options and the chance to work with a team that takes pride in their work and has fun at the same time.
This role is primarily assisting with time sensitive settlements. The role will also be providing accounts support to partners and staff in all three offices including answering billing enquiries, foreign currency transactions and general practice management system support. You will also assist the local and national finance teams as and when required.

- Strong self-management skills and be able to work unsupervised
- A can do attitude, an aptitude for figures, a good eye for detail and a high level of professional written and verbal communication skills
- Sound knowledge of computerised accounts systems, reconciliations, and banking transactions, along with exceptional Excel skills. Previous experience working in finance, banking or within a legal office would also be beneficial.
