Client services coordinator - Food and beverage

This is no ordinary role! One minute you'll be baking goods for the day's meetings and events and preparing and serving perfect barista coffee, the next you'll be preparing canapés for in-house events, seminars and team meetings. You will be required to assist with clearing dishes from the meeting rooms, stocking kitchens, placing orders and taking care of all kitchen administrative tasks.
To deliver on our high standards of service you must be:
- Able to handle pressure
- Capable of maintaining our kitchen standards including dishwashing
- Well groomed
- Have a passion for food and people
- Able to create a memorable experience for the firms' external and internal clients throughout all interactions.
Previous experience in food preparation is essential and barista training preferred. Standard hours of work are 7.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday with some flexibility in order to assist with after-hours functions.
