Human resources adviser

We are currently looking for an experienced human resources adviser to join our Wellington team in mid-August.

You will be responsible for delivering a range of HR operational functions including recruitment and selection, performance management, remuneration reviews, and induction of new staff.  You will also be involved in the implementation of a number of large projects including graduate recruitment and the professional development programme.

You will need to be the cream of the crop, and ready to make your mark.  You'll have great initiative and always deliver to the highest standards.  Preferably you will have experience working in a professional services environment, with a background of at least three years' in an HR role.
