Our Auckland office is currently looking for a super star legal secretary to join the team on a permanent basis.
Based in our property team you will be working for one partner and a team of talented senior associates and solicitors. This is your chance to 'shine' and showcase your extensive, first class secretarial and personal assistant skills.
Each day will be different and offers a variety of challenging and interesting work. You will have to think on your feet, multitask, pre-empt needs and always deliver to an exceptional standard. Given your wealth of experience, attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency are not skills you would list, rather part of your DNA!
Additional 'must haves' for this great role are outstanding Microsoft Office skills with proficiency in Word 2010 including strong formatting skills, as well as swift and accurate typing skills with a speed of around 70 wpm and spelling and grammar that is second to none.
