Legal secretary/PA - Employment and RMA teams

Buddle Findlay is one of New Zealand's leading law firms with offices in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. Buddle Findlay is a progressive, dynamic firm at the forefront of the legal profession and we currently have an opportunity for a Legal Secretary/ PA in our Wellington office to start at the end of January/early February 2019.

Based in the Employment and RMA team you will be working with a highly regarded group of six professionals including the national chair and a highly experienced partner who is featured in The Legal 500, Doyles 2018 Leading Employment Lawyer rankings and the 2017 Lawfuel Power List, so this is your chance to showcase your extensive, first class secretarial and personal assistant skills.

Each day will be different and will offer you a variety of challenges and interesting work.  You will have to think on your feet, multitask, pre-empt needs, be client focused, and always deliver work to an exceptional standard. You will need to be confident, practical, have a sense of humour, use common sense and be able to prioritise.

In addition, we are looking for a candidate with exceptional Microsoft Office skills with proficiency in Word 2016 including strong formatting, excellent grammar and the ability to perform digital dictaphone typing to a high standard.
