Project specialist - People and culture

We are looking for a project specialist to join our national people and culture team based in Auckland.  You will be a key member of our team helping us to bring together talented, diverse and collaborative people, nurture a culture that brings out the best in them, and work together with the firm to bring about successful results for our clients and Aotearoa.  You will be leading (and supporting where appropriate) our planning and implementation of some major and exciting projects.  You'll be in in close contact with our stakeholders - creating buy-in and interest, presenting findings, developing metrics and sharing these results back into the firm.
