Reception and hospitality coordinator - casual

An opportunity has arisen in our Auckland office for a casual reception and hospitality coordinator. This role will provide cover to our current reception and events team and assist with functions on an 'on-call' basis. You will need to have flexibility as you may be called on to cover day shifts, lunch-time cover and evening functions.
As a reception and hospitality coordinator you will have responsibility for providing high quality service for client and internal meetings, functions and seminars.
We are looking for someone with great energy, a natural flair for hospitality and organisational skills that are second to none.
