We are looking for a senior payroll adviser to join our national finance team, based in our Wellington office.
You will possess attention to detail that is first class, have exceptional communication skills, be numerically gifted and tech savvy. You will primarily be responsible for managing the firm’s payroll function with absolute confidentiality and discretion. As such, this is a pivotal role with sole charge responsibility. Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, timely delivery, strong relationship building skills and meeting all statutory obligations are absolute key requirements.
Given your extensive payroll experience, you'll know New Zealand employment law like the back of your hand and enjoy all aspects of payroll from fact finding and analyzing through to processing and reporting. You will rise to the challenge of 'owning' the entire payroll function and work independently to deliver faultless results.
Ideally you would have NZPPA certification, or keen to work towards this, and have a focus on your continued learning and development opportunities. Previous Pay Global/MYOB experience would be advantageous but not essential.
