Senior solicitor – Resource management

We are looking for an ambitious senior solicitor with four to six years' PQE to join our highly experienced resource management team in Auckland. 

The person we are seeking will work alongside leaders in their field, Jennifer Caldwell and Vanessa Evitt, who are specialists in all aspects of resource management and environmental law.  Our RMA team regularly advises clients on the full spectrum of Resource Management Act matters ranging from large infrastructure projects to national and local policy developments.  Our practice includes conservation and Māori law, as well as advising on central and local government processes.

In this role you will assist in providing advice, advocacy and dispute resolution to local authority, infrastructure, corporate, and private clients on resource management and local government matters.  You will be involved with a variety of intellectually challenging matters that will allow you to successfully develop and progress your legal career in a collaborative and supportive environment.
