An exciting opportunity has come up in our Wellington office for an ambitious litigation solicitor with two to four years' post qualification experience to join our highly regarded litigation team. In this role you would be working with partners Scott Barker and Bridie McKinnon as well as the wider team on a range of complex, challenging, and downright fascinating commercial litigation matters.
The work you do will cut across public law, insolvency proceedings, contractual disputes, professional negligence claims, property disputes, judicial reviews and insurance related matters. You will also work on debt recovery proceedings with a large degree of autonomy with the support of a dedicated and experienced team. As you will be part of a national litigation team, you have the chance to learn directly from experts in the field of litigation and progress your career in a multi-faceted area of practice
Who we are looking for
This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience in commercial litigation and enjoys a varied diet of work that will take your litigation and advocacy skills to the next level. You might have broad litigation experience gained from another law firm, in-house, or at the bar, either way we would be interested in reviewing your application.
