We are looking for a talent attraction specialist to join our national people and culture team, based in our Wellington office.
You will play an integral role within our team to grow the firm's employment brand and proactively attract the top people, retain and develop those people, and create the best environment for them to thrive.
Your commitment to creating proactive and long-term relationships, providing positive interactions with candidates and other stakeholders, and your strong sense of urgency, will see you thrive as a recruiter in this busy and fun environment in a successful and respected team.
This role goes beyond filling vacancies. You will think creatively, be committed to the long game and will value long term relationships over process. You will pride yourself on the pipeline of candidates you develop and engage so that when a vacancy arises you will not be starting from scratch. You will be innovative and impactful in how you reach passive candidates in a very tight market – this will be your x factor.
You will also support the people and culture team to deliver key projects and have an opportunity to work on new initiatives to help make Buddle Findlay an even better place to work.
