Training manager - technology

We are looking for a training manager who is an IT/software specialist who is ready to roll up their sleeves and take our training offering to the next level. 

This position can be based in Auckland or Wellington.

The national training manager will play an integral role within the IT team to grow the firm's training programme, recommend changes and apply modern training techniques to all they do.  You will lead a national team with a trainer in both Auckland and Wellington, identify new opportunities and deliver on-going skills training to support growth and development across the firm nationally.

Your commitment to creating proactive and long-term relationships, providing positive interactions with new joiners, employees and other stakeholders by walking the floor and talking to people, and your strong sense of urgency, will see you thrive as the training manager in a busy and fun environment.

As the training manager, you will support the IT team to deliver 'help desk' software support and provide training on laptops along with key projects whilst having an opportunity to work on new initiatives to help make Buddle Findlay an even better place to work.
