Minerals and petroleum

Overview

Our minerals and petroleum industries deal with a complex interweaving of issues to do with New Zealand's communities, economy and environment.  To succeed in this sector requires detailed legal and policy understanding and pragmatic legal advice that reflects the industry as a whole and the environment in which it operates.

Numerous areas of legal specialisation are required to assist participants in the petroleum and mining industries and those with an interest in these activities.  We have the breadth of experience to bring together lawyers with expertise in these areas.
