Our team has considerable experience in assisting Japanese investors on financing, negotiating, structuring and securing regulatory approvals for transactions.  In particular, we have extensive experience in advising foreign investors on Overseas Investment Office consent requirements, and assisting with transactions that involve acquisitions of sensitive land and business assets in a range of industries.  We also have experience assisting clients in transactions involving the sale of their businesses to Japanese purchasers and the establishment of their operations in Japan.
