Amanda specialises in banking and finance law and is experienced in domestic and cross-border lending, acquisition and corporate finance. Amanda also has extensive experience in project finance, with a focus on emerging markets and developing economies, and has completed transactions involving the manufacturing, mining, energy and telecommunication industries.
Amanda returned to Buddle Findlay after working in the banking and finance teams at Linklaters in Frankfurt and international law firms based in Sydney. Prior to leaving New Zealand, Amanda also completed a secondment at GE Capital.
