Ana specialises in environmental and resource management law. Her experience includes advising Australian private and government clients with respect to environmental law, acquisition of land for public works, waste and contaminated land.
Ana holds a Master of Laws from The University of Sydney, and has a Master of European Community law from Aix-Marseille III University in France and undergraduate degrees in Romanian and French law.

for acquiring authorities and dispossessed owners in litigation around the financial compensation for the acquisition of land for public works
