Annie specialises in commercial litigation and dispute resolution. She advises on a wide range of issues including litigation arising out of the Canterbury earthquakes, insolvency, debt recovery, contractual disputes and local government issues.
Annie has appeared in the High Court, District Court, the Canterbury Earthquakes Insurance Tribunal and has represented clients in a range of alternative dispute resolution forums.
Prior to joining Buddle Findlay, Annie worked at another large New Zealand law firm and was a judges' clerk in the Auckland High Court.
