Brett Rawlings



Brett specialises in tax and advises clients on all tax aspects of domestic and international corporate acquisitions and structuring, inbound and outbound investment, and financing and financial services.  He also advises on tax disputes and negotiations with Inland Revenue, and assists clients in obtaining binding rulings from Inland Revenue.

Prior to his return to Buddle Findlay, Brett was an associate in the London office of a global law firm advising on the tax aspects of United Kingdom and international transactions and financing.
