Bridgette has worked as a commercial litigator in both New Zealand and London. She specialises in litigation and dispute resolution with specialist expertise in regulatory litigation and advice, contractual and company law disputes, fair trading claims, judicial review and financial markets litigation. Bridgette's practice also includes matters involving the Serious Fraud Office and other white collar criminal investigations.
Bridgette has appeared in the District and High Courts and the Court of Appeal and has also been involved in mediations, arbitrations and settlement conferences.
