Profile

Elizabeth specialises in civil litigation, dispute resolution and resource management.  Her experience and areas of interest include contract law, media law, insolvency and debt recovery, insurance disputes, local government issues, resource consenting and planning.

Elizabeth has appeared in the District Court, Environment Court and the High Court and has assisted in Court facilitated and private mediations on resource management and civil matters.
