Profile

Holly specialises in health, employment and privacy law.  Her health expertise includes advising on treatment and consent issues, mental health, health information privacy, adverse events and health related litigation such as coronial investigations and judicial review.  

Holly also has a wide range of employment experience, including advising on dismissal, redundancy, performance management and bullying as well as advising on health and safety issues and incident response.

Holly has experience as an independent employment investigator and has special expertise in privacy and Official Information issues as well as human rights law.  Holly regularly provides training and seminars on health, employment and privacy topics.  

Holly was a contributing author in New Zealand's first Elder Law text book and in the Feminist Judgments of Aotearoa project.
