Jessica specialises in corporate and commercial law. Her broad practice includes drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial contracts relating to supply and procurement, and project development. Jessica also advises on business sale and purchase transactions, as well as corporate governance, company law, and other related legislative compliance.
Jessica regularly advises a number of public and private sector clients including Z Energy, The University of Auckland, New Zealand Blood Service, and Panuku Development Auckland on commercial contracts, acquisitions, divestments, procurement processes and supply arrangements. Jessica recently completed a secondment at Auckland Council.
Prior to joining Buddle Findlay, Jessica practiced at a corporate and commercial boutique law firm, where she also gained broad experience in complementary areas of law such as intellectual property, employment, and banking and finance.
