Oliver specialises in litigation and dispute resolution. He has particular expertise in commercial, banking and finance, and public law litigation. He has advised corporate and private clients on large, complex disputes including contractual, regulatory and judicial review claims. He has extensive knowledge of litigation processes and a practical focus to advice.
Oliver has acted on a broad range of cases in the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, High Court, Human Rights Review Tribunal and District Court.
Prior to joining Buddle Findlay Oliver spent eight years in the litigation team of another national law firm.
