Rennae specialises in banking and finance, residential and commercial property and general commercial and corporate law.

Rennae advises both lenders and borrowers on a wide range of lending transactions (including property and project finance and syndicated lending) and regularly acts for some of New Zealand's major banks to fund residential property and apartment developments and prominent investment asset acquisitions.

Rennae also has experience in statutory and regulatory compliance, including advising on the Financial Markets Conduct Act, financial advisers' regime, Credit Contract and Consumer Finance Act and anti-money laundering. 

Rennae also acts on a wide range of commercial and corporate transactions, including general commercial agreements, sale and purchase of real estate, capital raising and corporate governance.
