Profile
Rhona specialises in employment law. She has experience advising on a range of employment matters including personal grievances, employment agreements, restructuring processes, disciplinary procedures, dismissals, discrimination and ill health management. Rhona acts for employers in disputes and is experienced in providing specialist employment support on mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to specialising in employment law, Rhona gained experience in data protection, commercial litigation, business immigration and construction disputes.
Rhona has also spent time on secondment as an in-house legal adviser at a global investment company and as a part-time secondee providing employment support for a New Zealand university.
Having practised in the UK where she advised local and global businesses, Rhona brings an international perspective.
