Profile

Sherridan specialises in advocacy and commercial litigation, with considerable expertise and experience in:

  • Employment and health and safety (including privacy and human rights)
  • Intellectual property disputes, including trade mark and copyright disputes
  • Other commercial litigation, particularly property and leasehold disputes, contractual and company related disputes and regulatory litigation.

Sherridan has appeared on numerous occasions in the Employment Relations Authority and the Employment Court, in the Intellectual Property Office of New Zealand (IPONZ) Hearings Office, and in the District Court, High Court and appellate courts, and at arbitrations and mediations.

Sherridan is also admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales (2002) and is a qualified Solicitor-Advocate of the Higher Courts of England and Wales (2003).
