Scott is a member of our banking and finance team and specialises in insolvency and debt restructuring, corporate and secured finance, and securities advice. He advises domestic and foreign banks, insolvency professionals and other organisations on receiverships, liquidations and workouts.
Scott’s recent work includes advising the receivers of Feltex, Kensington Park and CEA Trading, and acting for Guardian Trust in the Hanover moratorium.
Prior to rejoining Buddle Findlay, Scott spent 3 years in the banking team at Slaughter & May in London advising on a wide range of domestic and cross-border financings, project finance, syndicated lending, acquisition finance, bond issues and property finance transactions.
