Jayden specialises in public and administrative law, overseas investment, and consumer and competition law.
Jayden's public and administrative law expertise includes advising government departments, Crown entities, and private clients on a range of public, regulatory, and commercial matters, including in relation to statutory decision-making, contracting and funding arrangements, responding to requests for official information, responding to a Royal Commission of Inquiry, and privacy matters.
Jayden advises private sector clients on all aspects of the Overseas Investment Act regime, and also has experience providing advice on compliance with the Fair Trading Act, the Commerce Act, and the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Jayden also advises clients on investigations and enforcement action by regulators such as the Overseas Investment Office and Commerce Commission.
