Kōwhai Park solar farm

We advised Kōwhai Park P LP, a limited partnership established by Lightsource bp and Contact Energy, on securing the required Overseas Investment Office consents for the Kōwhai Park solar farm being developed at Christchurch Airport.

We advised Sixth Street Partners on its acquisition of a cornerstone stake in NZX and ASX-listed Pushpay Holdings and Sixth Street's subsequent participation in a consortium which made a successful take-private bid for Pushpay Holdings.

We advised The Coca Cola Company and Coca Cola Oceania on the acquisition of the Pump, L&P, and Deep Spring brands.

Drylandcarbon Limited Partnership

We advised Drylandcarbon, a limited partnership between Air New Zealand, Contact Energy, Genesis Energy, and Z Energy, on the overseas investment aspects of the establishment of its 10,000-hectare forestry portfolio.
