Profile

Anna specialises in commercial property law.  She advises on a broad range of matters, and her expertise includes acting for Crown departments and Crown entities, local authorities, as well as private commercial clients.  Her areas of expertise include Public Works Act transactions (both acquisitions and disposals), working alongside Crown accredited suppliers on Crown land, Māori land issues, leasing (Crown, commercial, and retail), forestry, infrastructure, and complex property developments, subdivisions, acquisitions, and disposals.

Advising NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi

on property acquisition matters and strategies, negotiations with key stakeholders, and securing various property rights for Te Ara Tupua / the Ngāuranga to Petone project and Te Ahu A Turanga / the Manawatū Tararua Highway project
