We have extensive expertise in advising across the full spectrum of public and private capital raising structures.
We guide our clients expertly and efficiently over the legal hurdles to raising capital and listing in New Zealand. We also work seamlessly as a national practice as well as part of an international team on cross-border securities offerings.
We are the principal legal adviser to a number of listed entities in New Zealand and acts for overseas entities with New Zealand interests. Over recent years the firm has acted for a number of early stage and high growth companies, particularly in the software and technology sectors, some of which the firm has supported through to listing. The firm has advised a number of clients through their growth cycle on matters from founder shareholder arrangements, seed capital raising, subsequent capital raising rounds and employee share ownership schemes.
