Structured finance

Overview

Our taxation and finance lawyers work closely in developing and implementing structured finance products for a number of different clients.  We have the expertise required to advise on all compliance and structural issues and the international contacts and relationships necessary to manage all types of cross-border structured finance transactions.

We regularly act for banks and financial institutions, sponsors, arrangers and intermediaries on many different types of structured and tax-efficient financing transactions including: tax-efficient financing arrangements for various asset classes and businesses; finance leases, and domestic and cross-border operating leases, of real and personal property (including aircraft); sale and leaseback transactions; group financing and capital arrangements; redeemable preference share financing; and structured securities, repos and securities lending transactions, limited partnerships, look through vehicles and managed investment funds.
