Charlotte specialises in tax for corporate transactions. Having recently returned from the UK, Charlotte brings broad experience in transaction advice on the acquisition and divestment of assets across the UK and Europe, including both structuring transactions and due diligence on target assets and companies.
Prior to joining Buddle Findlay in 2023, Charlotte was working in-house for a leading global asset manager, having spent several years providing tax transaction advice to private equity funds and large institutional investors for the 'big four'.
