Matthew specialises in resource management, environmental, local government and Māori law.
Matthew advises on all aspects of Māori law, resource management and other regulatory issues, with particular expertise in matters under the Resource Management Act 1991 (RMA), Local Government Acts, and Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana) Act 2011.
Matthew has appeared and presented in the District Court, Environment Court, High Court and Court of Appeal.
